U12s through to Championship final |
| Sunday, October 9, 2006. Our U12s had an emphatic win against Atticall to book their place in the C Chamionship final. They dominated the game throughout and, despite the best efforts of a plucky Attical side, slotted a number of goals past the Attical keeper. At the other end, Harry and Sean, with their backs, ensured that no goals were conceded, with a super defensive display. This was a great team effort, with the first 15 and all 9 subs making an impact. Scorers on the day: Conor S 2-0, Jordan 2-0, Danny 2-1, David 2-0, Gerry 0-2, Harry 1-0, Paudie 1-0. The final will be against Tullylish, and will take place on Sunday next, 15th October at 10.30am. The match will be played at Balyholland, and we would encourage all members, players and parents to come out in support of our young players. |
